Teaching Assistant 2B with Welfare

We are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to support children's learning within our school. We are seeking someone who is knowledgeable, hard working, enthusiastic and caring. You will enjoy ensuring high standards of support across the whole curriculum and be supportive of the distinctive Christian ethos of a church school.
Trinity Church of England/Methodist Primary School opened in September 2010 and became a 3FE school on two sites in September 2017. As you can see, we need a team player who must also have the ability to communicate well and build positive relationships with all in the school community.
TA2B – 28.75 hours per week on a variable contract with a minimum of 16 hours guaranteed.
Welfare - 2.5 hours per week.
This position is part-time, term time plus 5 inset days (TA2B). The salary will be paid on a pro rata basis.
Salary:
TA2B: Grade 5 (£23,893 - £25,979)* full-time equivalent
Welfare: FLW

Please note the 16 minimum hours guaranteed is noted in case of future budgetary requirements. All of our TA's currently work the full hours. Additionally, hours may also be available in our wonderful wrap-around care facility, School's Out at Trinity.
Essential Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2/above, or equivalent, qualification appropriate to the post
- Level 2 or equivalent qualification in English/Literacy and Mathematics/Numeracy
Desirable Qualifications:
- Paediatric First Aid
Essential Experience:
- Experience of working in a classroom environment
- Experience of supporting pupils with challenging behaviour/SEN
- Knowledge of the curriculum

Lunch Time Welfare Assistant

Trinity Church of England/Methodist Primary School opened in 2010 as one form entry and from September 2015 we became a three form entry. The school now operates over two sites, Key Stage 1 at Brookwood Way and Key Stage 2 at Unity Place.
We are looking to recruit a Welfare Assistant to join our lunchtime team. The successful candidate will be required to supervise pupils during their lunchtime break, Monday to Friday, term time only. We are seeking a person who is hardworking, flexible, enthusiastic and caring with a desire to make the pupils lunchtime a happy, safe and fun time.

Out of School Club Assistant

We are looking to recruit a Before and After School Club Assistant to assist in running our School's Out @ Trinity Club. School's Out @ Trinity opened in September 2017. It is a breakfast and after school club catering for children from 7.30am to the start of the school day, and at the end of school day until 6.00pm. There are currently 40 places at each site for breakfast club, 45 places at each site for the after school club and it is operated across both sites, Unity Place (KS2) and Brookwood Way (EYFS and KS1).
We are seeking to employ an excellent Assistant who is knowledgeable, hard working, enthusiastic and caring with a desire to make the children's experience a happy, safe and fun time whilst at the club. In return, we can offer you a superbly resourced facility, access to CPD, the support of an experienced School Leadership Team, the opportunity to work in a fantastic staff team and with brilliant children!
