Out of School Club Deputy Manager

Due to the planned move of our School’s Out @ Trinity Breakfast and After School Club into our brand new building at our Brookwood Way site, we are looking to recruit a new post of Deputy Manager.
School’s Out @ Trinity opened in September 2017. The new Deputy Manager will assist our Club Manager in running School’s Out @ Trinity and will join our existing team of Club Manager, 2 Assistant Club Managers and 10 Assistants.
We open from 7.30 am to 8.55 am, and from the end of the school day until 6 pm. There are currently 40 places at each site for breakfast club and 45 places at each site for after school club. We operate across both sites, Unity Place (KS2) and Brookwood Way (EYFS and KS1).
We want our new Deputy Manager to be knowledgeable, hardworking, enthusiastic and caring with a desire to make the children’s experience a happy, safe and fun time whilst at the club. You will need to be able to support our Club Manager to:
- Plan, develop and review activities within the provision
- Support in leading the Out of School Club team
- Assist in administrative and financial duties

Essential Qualifications:
- Relevant Childcare qualification
- Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
Desirable Qualifications:
- Paediatric First Aid
Essential Experience:
- Experience of working with or caring for children of relevant age
- Managing staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Word/Excel

We are looking to recruit a Before and After School Club Assistant to assist in running our School's Out @ Trinity Club. School's Out @ Trinity opened in September 2017. It is a breakfast and after school club catering for children from 7.30am to the start of the school day, and at the end of school day until 6.00pm. Welfare Assistant

We are looking to recruit a Welfare Assistant to join our lunchtime team. The successful candidate will be required to supervise pupils during their lunchtime break, Monday to Friday, term time only.
